Introduction
Scroll within this box for Advice Library tips

Advice Library is a collection of UK charities and other non-profit making organisations who offer impartial help and advice, or information on particular aspects of disability.

Advice Library is different from the other options within the Dinfo Data menu which are Directories containing comprehensive details of commercial companies offering relevant products, services or facilities.

Advice Library is ordered alphabetically via the first letter of the organisation name, however each listing also contains a description that is searchable via the keyword search box. Therefore giving you access to a wide variety of disability specific information.

If you know the name of the organisation you are looking for, search alphabetically \\' ie. For RNIB, click on R \\' all listings we have for organisations beginning with the letter R will appear below, scroll through till you find what you are looking for.

If you don\\'t know the name of the organisation, but would like information about a particular disease or aspect of disability use the keyword search box (above)

> Ensure Library is selected (as opposed to Directory)

> Type your keyword into the search box

> Click GO

Our website\\'s search engine will look through all the organisation names and descriptions within the Advice Library, and display listings that contain your exact keyword. You may also type in the name of the organisation into the search box.

Advice Library listings all contain a direct hyperlink to their website. Click on the link and their website will open up in a new window in your browser, to return to Dinfo close that window.
